Yang Ya-ching is a Taipei native and a graduate of National Taiwan University of Arts ' College of Performing Arts Department of Dance. She joined Hung Dance in 2018 as the principal dancer. She performed Boundless in Taipei, Kaohsiung, and New Taipei City, Taiwan; Madrid, Spain; and Cote d'Ivoire. Other performances included Out of Elegant and See You. During her time as a student, she participated in numerous Da-Guan Dance Theatre performances, including at the Alaska Center for Performing Arts in the United States, and in India as part of the New Southbound Policy Dancing Arts Cultural Exchange Program.
