Wu Shin-Jie is a Chiayi native and a graduate of Tsoying Senior High School’s Dance Division and Taipei National University of the Arts School of Dance. She joined Hung Dance in 2020, and performed in LAI Hung-Chung’s works “Birdy,” “See You,” and “Resist.”
 
As a student, she performed in works by choreographers Lee Jeong-Yun, Tsai Hui-Chen, Chang Chien-Ming, and Lee Chen-Wei. She also performed in Chien Lin-Yi’s “Eight Pains,” which won a silver medal at the Ministry of Culture’s Taiwan Creative Dance Competition, and Chien’s “Still Tomorrow” for Chiayi New Style Choreography. Wu also danced in the production “The Mysterious Journey,” which was performed as part of Kaohsiung Spring Arts Festival’s Youth Music and Dance Program.
