2025第七屆漂⿃舞蹈平台-公開徵件

一、徵件日期

2025年3月31日 - 2025年6月1日，23:59（GMT+8，台灣時間）


二、結果公告

2025年8月1日(將透過電子郵件通知入選者，入選者須於7個工作天內回覆是否參與)

 
三、演出日期

2025年12月20日（六）、12月21日（日）
預計徵選 12 首作品，每件作品演出 1 場次。

 
四、演出地點

臺灣戲曲中心小表演廳（臺北市士林區文林路751號）劇場技術資訊
舞台尺寸：12 公尺（寬）× 8 公尺（深）


五、申請條件

1. 參賽資格

• 不限舞蹈類別、國籍
• 1 至 2 人作品（獨舞或雙人舞），編舞者可自編自舞
• 作品長度：8 至 13 分鐘

2. 提交影片規範

• 影片可為彩排或演出影片，須完整呈現作品，可剪輯，但不得使用特效
• 影片須與實際演出版本相符
• 影片長度不得超過 13 分鐘
• 請使用 YouTube連結，並確保影片連結有效

3. 入選者參與義務

• 配合主辦單位安排時間參加技術彩排、正式演出及頒獎典禮
• 每個入選作品將由主辦單位安排於12/16~21間進行一次40分鐘技術彩排
• 每個入選作品將由主辦單位安排於12/20~21間進行一場正式演出
• 參與者必須出席於12/21舉行之頒獎典禮
• 配合提供平台行銷素材，包括但不限於作品及編舞者照片、影片與文字資料
• 如使用道具或舞台裝置，參與者須自備並自行管理與運送，並於彩排及演出時自行擺放與撤離，漂鳥技術人員將盡力協助

4. 版權與影像使用

• 參與者同意主辦單位於合理範圍內使用編舞者及作品之影像、照片於漂鳥舞蹈平台的網站及社群媒體作為行銷宣傳用途(包括但不限於參與者自行提交素材及主辦單位拍攝之素材)
• 參與者授權主辦單位於彩排及演出進行攝錄影
• 參與者須確保所有作品相關版權（如音樂、燈光設計、舞台道具設計等）皆已獲合法授權，若有違法行為，參與者須自行負責

六、獎項

邀演獎—獲選作品受邀至該藝術節或單位演出

• 2026 MASDANZA（西班牙）
• 2026 漂鳥舞蹈平台（台灣）
• 2026 香港比舞（香港）
• 2026 澳門當代舞展及交流平台（澳門）
• 2026 New Dance for Asia（南韓）
• 2026-2027 Odoru Akita（日本）
• 2026 大邱市立舞團（南韓），獲邀作品由大邱市舞團舞者演出

觀眾獎—由現場觀眾票選最喜愛作品，獲獎者獲得獎金新台幣 6,000 元

• 漂鳥舞蹈平台觀眾票選獎（台灣）

 
委託創作獎—獲獎編舞家受邀委託創作或駐村

• 2026 艸雨田舞蹈劇場（台灣）委託創作或駐村
• 2027 高雄城市芭蕾-點子鞋系列 （台灣）委託創作

*合作獎項陸續新增中，確認將更新簡章並公告。
*各頒獎單位保有其最終選擇權，如無適合作品將保留從缺可能。


七、主辦單位為入選者提供

1. 技術與舞台支援

• 燈光、音響技術執行  *漂鳥技術團隊將全力提供協助，但技術支援仍需依實際條件評估，無法保證滿足所有需求。

2. 旅費補助

台灣參與者（補助居住地於雙北以外之參與者） 

• 補助居住地至台北來回火車票（自強號計價）
• 提供居住地於雙北以外之參與者住宿（含早餐），由主辦單位安排，可能與其他參賽者共住
• 提供工作日生活津貼 (技術彩排日抵達劇場時以現金支付)

國際參與者 

• 提供機場至旅館接送（不含國際機票）
• 提供國際參與者住宿（含早餐），由主辦單位安排，可能與其他參賽者共住(自主辦單位安排之技術彩排日前一晚起提供住宿至12/21退房)
• 提供工作日生活津貼 (技術彩排日抵達劇場時以現金支付)

 
旅費補助原則：

• 僅補助入選作品之編舞者及舞者
• 獨舞作品含編舞者至多補助2人、雙人舞作品含編舞者至多補助3人
• 若有非編舞者及舞者成員須由參與者自行負擔旅費
• 如使用道具或舞台裝置，參與者須自行負擔運送費用

 
3. 媒體與行銷

• 專業照片拍攝與演出錄影
• 國內外藝術平台行銷曝光

八、簽證與入境要求

• 國際參與者須自行負責簽證申請與費用，漂鳥將提供必要之協助，但不負責辦理
• 漂鳥舞蹈平台可提供邀請函與必要文件

II. Results Announcement

Date: August 1, 2025
Selected applicants will be notified via email. Confirmation of participation is required within 7 business days.
 
III. Performance Dates

December 20 (Sat) & December 21 (Sun), 2025
Approximately 12 works will be selected. Each selected work will be performed once.

 V. Eligibility & Requirements

  1. Eligibility

• Open to all nationalities and dance genres.
• Solo or duet works (1–2 performers). Choreographer(s) may also perform.
• Length of work: 8 to 13 minutes

2. Video Submission Guidelines

• Footage can be from rehearsal or live performance and must present the complete work.
• Editing is allowed but no special effects.
• The submitted version must match the actual performance version.
• Maximum video length: 13 minutes
• Use YouTube link; ensure the link is valid and accessible.

3. Obligations for Selected Participants

• Must attend technical rehearsal, performance, and awards ceremony as scheduled by the organizer.
• Each selected work will be assigned one 40-minute technical rehearsal between December 16–21.
• Each selected work will be scheduled for one performance between December 20–21.
• All selected participants must attend the Awards Ceremony on December 21.
• Must provide marketing materials upon request, including but not limited to photos, videos, and text information of the work and choreographer.
• If props or set pieces are used, participants are responsible for preparing, transporting, setting up, and removing them independently. Technical staff from Stray Birds will provide assistance when possible.

4. Copyright & Media Usage

• Participants agree to allow the organizer to use images and footage (submitted by the artist or captured by the organizer) for reasonable promotional purposes on the Stray Birds website and social media platforms.
• Participants authorize the organizer to photograph and record the rehearsals and performances.
• Participants must ensure that all copyrights related to the work (e.g., music, lighting design, stage/set design) have been legally obtained. Any infringement will be the sole responsibility of the participant.

VI. Awards

Performance Invitation Awards
Selected works will be invited to perform at the following international festivals or institutions:

• 2026 MASDANZA (Spain)
• 2026 Stray Birds Dance Platform (Taiwan)
• 2026 Hong Kong Dance Exchange (Hong Kong)
• 2026 Macao CDE Springboard (Macao)
• 2026 New Dance for Asia International Festival (South Korea)
• 2026-2027 Odoru Akita (Japan)
• 2026 Daegu City Dance Company (South Korea) – Invited work will be performed by company dancers

Audience Choice Award
Selected by live audience vote during the platform

• Stray Birds Dance Platform Audience Choice Award – NT$6,000 (Taiwan)

 
Commission Award
Choreographers may be invited for commissioned works or residencies:

• 2026 Lei Dance Theater (Taiwan) – Commission or residency
• 2027 Kaohsiung City Ballet: Dance Shoes Series (Taiwan) – Commissioned creation

*Additional awards are under negotiation and will be announced once confirmed.
*Each awarding partner reserves the right to make the final selection. If no suitable work is identified, they may choose not to present an award.

 

VII. Support Provided by the Organizer

1. Technical and Stage Support
Lighting and sound technical execution
*The Stray Birds technical team will provide full assistance, but technical support will be evaluated based on actual conditions and may not fulfill all requests.
 
2. Travel Support

For Taiwan-based participants (excluding those residing in Taipei and New Taipei City):

• Round-trip train fare reimbursement (based on Tze-Chiang Limited Express rates)
• Accommodation (with breakfast) arranged by the organizer; may be shared with other participants
• Per diem/daily stipend for working days (paid in cash upon arrival at the venue on technical rehearsal day)

For international participants:

• Airport–hotel transfer service (international airfare not included)
• Accommodation (with breakfast) arranged by the organizer; may be shared with other participants (Accommodation provided from the night before the scheduled technical rehearsal until check-out on December 21)
• Per diem/daily stipend for working days (paid in cash upon arrival at the venue on technical rehearsal day)

Travel Support Policy:

• Only choreographers and performers of selected works are eligible
• For solo works: Maximum support for 2 people including the choreographer
• For duet works: Maximum support for 3 people including the choreographer
• Travel expenses for non-choreographer/performer team members must be self-funded
• Transport costs for any props or stage sets must be covered by the participants

3. Media and Promotion

• Professional photography and performance video recording
• Promotional exposure via domestic and international arts platforms

VIII. Visas & Entry Requirements

• International participants are responsible for their own visa applications and fees. Stray Birds Dance Platform will provide necessary assistance but is not responsible for handling the process.
• Stray Birds Dance Platform can provide invitation letters and necessary documents.
